1st August Meeting at Akasaka Jidokan

Thank you everybody who attended the meeting on Wed 1st August at the Akasaka Jidokan "Nandemo". It was great to see so many new mothers & young babies.

Baby Yoga Session - 19 July 2007

Our meeting today was a baby yoga session with Angie Bow from Little Namaste Kids Yoga Studio. Angie led us through yoga poses and songs for about 40 minutes, and the mums and babies had a marvelous time! It was a nice bonding and learning experience.


Thanks to Angie for putting this class on for us.
