Next meeting on Nov. 7

Hi everyone!

Our next meeting will be held at the OPTIMISTA, a
Baby & Pilates studio in Aoyama 1-chome.

They provide excercise program for babies and moms in
their padded gym, and they are kind enough to let us
use thier entire facility for our meeting.

They have 3 English speaking staff but unfortunately not on
Wednesdays. For those who are OK with Japanese,
they will be more than happy to provide a trial
session for 30mins. (Space is limited, and first-come, first-serve
bases. it will start around 2 pm).

Do not worry even if you are not interested in the trial lesson,
just come and have fun with us! Thier play space is for us to
use between 1to 4pm. Food & drink are allowedin the area,
and so you can bring your lunch if you would like.

When: Wednesday 7th November, 1pm-4pm

Direction: Take exit 5 at Aoyama 1choume (Ginza, Hanzoumon or
Oedo Line) station. Once you get to the ground level, turn around and
you will see brown brick building. Take right at the very first
corner just before the brown building. The OPTIMISTA is on your
left in the 1st floor of the building (Just 1 min from the exit!).

1st August Meeting at Akasaka Jidokan

Baby Yoga Session - 19 July 2007

Our meeting today was a baby yoga session with Angie Bow from Little Namaste Kids Yoga Studio. Angie led us through yoga poses and songs for about 40 minutes, and the mums and babies had a marvelous time! It was a nice bonding and learning experience.
